When she was in high school she formed a band of musicians and had the opportunity to meet music producer Evan Rodgers. He was stunned by her talent. He requested that she move into New York and pursue a performing career that was full-time. Rihanna happily accepted. Rihanna dropped her debut album, and was an overnight sensation. Rihanna was loved by the youth for her peppy dance music, which was a hit. This led to Rihanna pursuing directing. Today, she's a teenager model and a fashion icon.
