Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's cuisine is a means to enter her mind. The food she creates is a result of her curiosity about the culture in Los Angeles, which was sparked by a trip in Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatelli and Carnitas have the ability to coexist in harmony in the menus, an assumption that has developed through time. Every dish she serves is filled with her unique perspective for the future as well as reminiscing on the previous. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant which was established by Lofaso in 2013. It was founded by the chef due to her American-born Italian heritage. Lofaso's traditional Italian rendition is widely regarded as one of Los Angeles' most captivating eateries. Lofaso has been praised by a lot of people as a local favourite that serves up dishes that are authentic, tasty and welcoming. Lofaso studied under some of famous chefs and learned their advanced methods, yet she was not afraid to go against her own instincts. She quickly climbed the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago and went on to transform various high-profile kitchens in Los Angeles while working closely with a variety of famous celebrities. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. Lofaso's home was found within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business relationships. Lofaso had the chance to enjoy the creativity she had always desired. Black Market is not constrained by one definitive direction and that is the intention. The course will begin by serving dill-flavored chips on potato Shishito peppers and follow up with Korean wings. Antonia is the center in this array. Lofaso in her entire career, has measured the success of her show by how she knows her target viewers. She also stays in the same place she was. Her appearances on the Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her capacity to be her self outside of the culinary environment. Since then, she has continued her career in front of cameras with CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge as well as regular appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso teamed with Penguin to release The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious Home Cooked Meals in the year 2012. This book also reveals the story of her struggle when raising Xea and pursuing her studies at her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso believes that all of her successes stem from her love of cooking and she is in a position to stay on the pulse of the industry through her work on the kitchen. Chefletics transforms the way chefs dress through the combination of style and functionality. Lofaso will adhere to the vision of her clients. She has created Antonia Lofaso Catering to help in achieving that.
